This is a breast augmentation patient who had significant asymmetry. She underwent silicone breast implant augmentation, using different sized high profile Allergan Natrelle Soft Touch implants: 365 cc on the left, 435 cc on the right. Implants were placed below the muscle in a dual plane configuration using an incision that is beautifully hidden within the breast fold.

This is an extremely athletic woman who wanted a softer look for her torso. She had silicone breast augmentation using Allergan Natrelle soft touch moderate profile implants placed through a lower breast/inframammary incision and under her muscle in a dual plane position.. Her implants were 255 cc.

This is a young woman with a tuberous or constricted breast deformity. The lower portion of the breast developed more tightly than the rest of the breast. She wanted a more full, but natural breast appearance. She had silicone breast augmentation, with placement of an Allergan naturelle soft touch silicone breast implant through a lower breast/inframammary fold incision. Her moderate profile implants were 310 cc. Patients like this are prone to lower breast complications such as a double bubble, but with careful performance of the operation, she easily avoided this complication.
